Ela Motors Solomon Islands have been involved in reaching all parts of Solomon Islands where care and attention has been needed. Back in September 2008, a project involving the Childrens Ward at the National Referral Hospital was undertaken, where Ela Motors repainted the childrens ward. In October 2009 Ela Motors donated to the Pink Ribbon Fundraising, who purchased a new Defribulator Machine also for the National Refferal Hospital. September 2011 Ela Motors also helped fundraising to purchase a Mammogram Machine also for the National Referral Hospital.
The National Red Cross Association has also benefited from Ela Motors generosity in supplying wheelchairs and walkers and since 2003 has supplied Red Cross Bus service quarterly donations for fuel.
